Shipping international

We ship to pretty much evverryyywhere. Your country is not listed when unfortunately the shipping companies we work with do not (yet) deliver to your home.

Shipping methods and costs

Art prints A4 will be sent in a cardboard envelope. Art prints will not fit through your mailbox because we choose to use packages that keep your order safe, but it also makes shipping more expensive. The only orders that will go through your mailbox are greeting cards, which in this case allows for cheaper shipping costs.

Art Prints in A1, A2 and A3 size will be sent in an extra heavy cardboard tube.

When you order several products, your package will be heavier and larger, and therefore shipping costs may be higher. The correct shipping method and price will be automatically calculated for you when you place your order.

In principle, we cover the costs of import taxes from each country, and this is normally included in your shipping costs. However, it may not be covered on some destinations/shipments. In this case, DHL (or other delivery company) may ask you to pay these costs directly.

When will you send my order?

We send your orders within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. With the exception of A1 and A2 size, which require a longer delay. Prints in A1 and A2 size are printed once we have received your order. As we use special paper that is not always available in this size, please consider that we are able to send you A1 and A2 prints within two weeks of your purchase.

Track my order

After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email. No email in your spam folder either? Send an email to info@boudoirbobo.com with your order number and we will email you the tracking link for your shipment.

Please note that orders containing only greeting cards can fit through your mailbox, which means you will not receive a track&trace code. In this case, please calculate how long it will take to your package to be delivered and keep an eye on your mailbox.

When will my order be delivered?

Germany 1 - 2 working days after shipment

Europe approx. 2 - 5 working days after shipment

Worldwide approx. 2 - 10 working days after shipment

What is keeping my package?

If your package does not arrive or if you are impatient: slow breath in, slow breath out… and contact us at support@boudoirbobo.com. Don't forget to indicate your order number.

What about defective or damaged items?

Please check your items once they have arrived. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send an email to support@boudoirbobo.com with a photo of your damaged good(s). We will either resend the damaged goods (shipping costs on us) or refund these items.

Return policy

Unique creations and unique art prints are not refundable. A1 and A2 art print sizes are also non-refundable. All other articles purchased on www.boudoirbobo.com are fully refundable within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the day you:

a/ received your article.

b/ have received the final item of an order for several items delivered separately.

If you wish to return your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt and return the items within another 14 days.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive it, but must inform us clearly first at info@boudoirbobo.com

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless you have received a defective item or your item is damaged. The items and their condition are your responsibility until we receive them in our warehouse. We cannot refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your return and processing of your refund. Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Customs duty

In the case of orders from certain countries outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case, the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could result in some delay of the consignment, as the goods are detained by customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay the additional costs.

Out of stock

Although we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be cases where an item is not available. In this case, do not hesitate to let us know your interest in our products and we will let you know the date on which the item can be in stock again.
